Biography
Romina has 15 years experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on pricing and product development of Fixed and Fixed Indexed Annuities. Romina’s previous experience includes rotations in product development and enterprise risk management at Aviva (now Athene) and leading Fixed and Fixed Indexed Annuity product development at Nationwide. Romina currently leads the Retail Pricing & Design team at F&G, leading the product development of F&G’s Retail Life and Annuity products. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the Academy of Actuaries, and has a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Northeastern University.
