Jairo Perez, FSA

Jairo Perez is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries currently working in Annuity Pricing at New York Life. In this role, he supports ongoing model efforts, financial analytics, and strategic initiatives for the Retail Annuity business. Jairo joined New York Life in 2019 after interning on the PCOE Modeling team in 2018, where he contributed to the Universal Life Model Rebuild. Since then, he has held rotations on the Life ALM and Underwriting Risk Insights teams.

Originally from Long Island, Jairo moved to Manhattan after graduating from St. John’s University in 2019 with a major in Actuarial Science and a minor in Theology. In his spare time, Jairo enjoys running, watching Netflix, and spending time with friends.
